No two rooms are identical. No two spaces are identical. No two people’s needs are identical. To best meet your needs, and to determine what may work best for your space, we will chat with you during the consultation, using 5 principles (The Lazy Genius—Kendra Adachi) to guide the conversation.
1. Prioritize
Where would you like to begin? Which space is the highest priority?
2. Essentialize
What is essential to this space? Which items may not be needed? Are there items that may be better suited to a different space?
3. Organize
What is the best (not perfect) way to arrange items in this space (drawer, bookshelf, cabinet, closet, room, etc.)?
4. Personalize
Use containers, bins, etc. that you already have? Purchase new ones to better fit the space or that are matching? Custom item to fit your family’s needs?
5. Systemize
What steps can be taken to help maintain the organized space once it has been established? What systems can be put into place?

In our experience with moving, it was nearly impossible not to become anxious—to get rid of what we no longer needed; to get all our stuff into boxes; to get all our boxes into the moving truck; to get to the new place; to get our stuff out and put in the “right place” so normalcy could return. Or start again. There was order, and not enough calm.
